Can I park my long wheelbase vehicle at Newcastle airport?

Many car parks and Meet and Greet providers are unable to accommodate long wheelbase vehicles so please contact us directly via telephone or email regarding this issue. Please note that if a long wheelbase vehicle is accepted, a surcharge will apply.

Do all Newcastle Airport parking products hold the Park Mark award?

If a car park featured on this site holds the Park Mark award it will be made clear. We only feature reputable, secure and fully insured car park operators, all of which have undergone a full site visit and inspection.

Do all the Newcastle hotels offer a shuttle to and from the airport?

Many hotels featured on the Newcastle Parking website offer a shuttle service to and from the airport terminal buildings - if a shuttle is not available, guests can book a taxi service at the hotel reception desk.

Are cars always kept on site at the hotel?

In most cases parking is on site at the hotel when a Hotel Park and Fly package is booked with us. If the package includes alternative parking arrangements it will be made clear at the time of booking. Some hotels reserve the right to request that guests take their cars to an overflow car park during peak periods; others may utilise a car park management company to do this.

Are the Meet and Greet drivers at Newcastle Airport insured?

Yes, all parking operators featured on this site are fully insured to drive your vehicle. Your driver will be covered from the moment they pick up your car to the moment they drop it back to you.

Are there any height restrictions at the Newcastle Airport car parks?

The majority of car parks do not have height restrictions but occasionally restrictions do apply so we recommend contacting us directly if your vehicle is over 2 meters high.

Is there an amendment fee?

If your booking is not an advance purchase rate then it can be amended. There is no admin fee to process this amendment but any changes to the dates and times of your booking may incur an extra charge. Please note that discounted advance purchase bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Is there a cancellation fee?

It depends on the type of booking you have made. Cancellation details and charges are always made clear before you book. Discounted advance purchase bookings cannot be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply to some flexible bookings. If available, be sure to purchase Cancellation Flexibility, as this will allow you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation flexibility is often available for just 99p!

How can I cancel my reservation?

The easiest way to do this is to click on 'Manage Booking' which is located at the top of our webpage. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or telephone and one of our customer service team members would be more than happy to assist you.

Can I/ how do I amend my vehicle details?

There are various ways in which you can amend your vehicle details prior to your trip. Simply click on 'manage my booking' at the top of the page and enter the new details manually. Alternatively, you can send us an email or give us a call. Please note, these amendments will only be actioned during office hours, which do not include weekends. If you are unable to action this amendment yourself and our offices are closed, please be aware that you are able to arrive at your car parking booking and notify a staff member there of the change.
